Rev. Dr. William J. Barber II is best known as the co-chair of the Poor People’s Campaign: A National Call for Moral Revival. He is also president of Repairers of the Breach, which seeks to build a moral agenda rooted in moral and constitutional values to “redeem the heart and soul of our country,”

A dynamic speaker, he received a MacArthur Foundation “genius grant” in 2018 in recognition of his work in “building broad-based fusion coalitions as part of a moral movement to confront racial and economic inequality.”
